  • Chat for 30 minutes: Zoom/Google Meet. You can skip any question or stop anytime.
  • No medical advice: We focus on daily routines, challenges, and ideas that would help.
  • Privacy: We only use your contact details to arrange the call. Interview notes are anonymised.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is design research to understand experiences of living with type 2 diabetes. We don’t provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare team about treatment decisions.

Who can join?

Adults (18+) living with type 2 diabetes in the UK. Family members are welcome to contact us, but interviews are currently with people living with type 2 diabetes.

Will you record the call?

We may record audio for note‑taking, with your permission. You can decline. Recordings are deleted after 90 days.

What happens with my data?

We collect only your name and email to arrange your interview. We anonymise notes and store them securely. You can request deletion anytime by emailing us.
